We welcome new patients, it is quick and easy to register with the practice. No need to attend surgery, you can complete the online registration form, or if it is more convenient, contact the surgery and one of our helpful members of our admin team, will be able to complete the paperwork for you over the telephone. Just fill in this quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number. We accept new patients across Bolton and also accept out of area registrations. Dont delay register today.

Register with a GP Online
Temporary Registrations
You can be registered as a temporary patient, if you are staying in the area between 1 night for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to register as a permanent patient with the practice.
